Kuula – The best place to upload and host your 360 photos.

Are you looking for somewhere to upload, host, edit and view your 360 degree photos? I’ve got one word for you: Kuula.

Kuula.co is a website dedicated to hosting 360 degree photos from any type of 360 camera. Think of it as a flickr but for 360 photos only. There are hundreds of users and thousands of stunning 360 photos already uploaded to the website. I have my own profile at Kuula where I’ve uploaded dozens of 360 photos from my Samsung Gear 360, see it here: The 360 Guy Kuula Page.

Embed 360 photos on your website using Kuula

Using Kuula is really simple. First you sign up and create a profile which a few details like user name and email. You then upload your 360 photos individually, at which point you’ll have the option to apply Instagram like filters or make minor edits. Once the upload process is complete you can then copy an embed code and use it to show your 360 photos as they should be seen on any website. Her is an example of using Kuula to one of my own 360 photos:

As you can see the image is shown in full 360 degrees and is interactive. Kuula also gives you the option to adjust the size of the frame used to show the 360 photo. I just used the default size here, but you are free to choose any size you want.

You’ll also see a variety of sharing options that allows you to share your 360 images on social networks like Twitter and Tumblr, neither of which have a native 360 uploading function.

Even if you don’t have a 360 degree camera yet, I’d still recommend checking out Kuula for the stunning examples of 360 degree photos taken by people around the world. The Kuula front page features some of the best photos and is updated all the time.
